Luscious notes of caramelized pears and juicy sultanas intertwine with fragrant nutmeg and warming cinnamon deriving from the Cognac cask influence.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Sweet molasses and vanilla, toasted oak, candied nuts, dried apricots

•  

  Palate: Bold fruit flavors blended with rich charred oak, sweet caramel, and candied nuts. Reminds me of a bag of my favorite mixed nuts and dried fruits that I’d eat on a camping trip.

  Finish: Long finish with deep candied fruit flavors.
