Flavour and aroma

La Cuvée champagne has a pale gold colour and very fine bubbles that ensure a consistent head of foam. This cuvée is delicate on the nose and has aromas of fresh citrus fruits and white flowers. The flavour is more complex: white peach and white fruit follow one after the other. This sparkling wine has a great finesse and freshness, achieved through long ageing in the cellar. This champagne (12% vol.) is best enjoyed at a temperature of 7-10 degrees. It is perfect as an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to fish, white meat and shellfish.

Production

This Champagne Cuveée was created from more than 100 vintages of the purest grape must, giving it an unmistakable character. The Chardonnay (55%), Pinot Noir (35%) and Pinot Meunier (15%) grape varieties were combined to create this marvellous blend of purity, freshness and elegance.
