A superb 15 year old single malt full of sherry and dried fruit notes. Bottled at 46% ABV which results in the whisky having a juicy Christmas cake profile. A complex Scotch single malt that is very easy to drink.
Nose: Strong creamy sherry, notes of mint.
Palate: Raisin, rich sherry, orange peel.
Finish: Surprisingly long, complex with an emphasis on nuts.
Aging : It has been aged for 15 years in barrels that previously contained Oroloso Sherry.
