Tasting Notes:

Nose:Fresh and lively. Lemon and orange zest with a touch of creamy vanilla. Some restrained and harmonious peat smoke.

Palate: Initially sweet and fruity but with some very welcome smoke. 

Flavours of pears, apples, vanilla cream and a touch of gingery, spicy oak. Quite light in body with some typical Bourbon cask character.
