DESCRIPTION :

Bombay Bramble is a magenta appearing gin with heavy aromas of currant, tart, and berries. The flavour is tart, almost dry with a clear gin character and hints of cranberry. On the mid-palate, it has notes of juniper, coriander and hints of lemon zest. The finish is dry with raspberry preserves and a hint of spice. The gin is made with an infusion of blackberry and raspberry, creating a sophisticated , upscale interpretation of the berry infused pink gin that took the world by storm in the late 2010’s.
